Bob Donovan, Sr. has more than 40 years of experience in the building industry, building and managing complex Hotel and Highrise Luxury Condominium Building projects on both the east and west coasts, as well as in Hawaii.

Bob Jr. is a Master Builder who truly understands the intricacy of fine homebuilding. Unlike some of today’s builders, Bob like his father started in the building industry as a carpenter’s helper.

Bob’s formal education taught him how to build fine homes, but also gave him a skill set to formulate systems and create schedules to manage construction projects.

Along the way, they found in addition to quality and value, what customers really want, and need is the ability to communicate with the builder. With an emphasis on the customer’s needs, they developed a mantra, “Total Customer Satisfaction.” That has gone on to become Bedford Falls Mission Statement.
