A Family-Run Building Company
They are a family-run business and are hands-on, client-focused, and committed to environmentally sustainable development. Bob Donovan, along with his son, Bob Jr., has more than 60 years’ experience in the building industry.
Bob Donovan, Sr.
Bob Donovan, Sr., has more than 40 years of experience in the building industry, building and managing complex hotel and high-rise luxury condominium building projects on both the east and west coasts, as well as in Hawaii.
Bob Donovan, Jr.
Bob Jr. is a master builder who truly understands the intricacy of fine homebuilding. Unlike some of today’s builders, Bob, like his father, started in the building industry as a carpenter’s helper. His formal education taught him how to build fine homes but also gave him a skill set to formulate systems and create schedules to manage construction projects.
